An online taxi booking is confirmed only through the official booking process and the confirmation you receive. Airport, business, accessible-taxi, driver, AutoCare and luggage forms are enquiries: submitting one does not itself confirm a transfer, create a Corporate Account, guarantee vehicle suitability, accept a driver, confirm an appointment or create a pre-paid luggage reservation.

Fares and payment

Licensed taxi journeys are subject to the applicable National Maximum Taxi Fare unless a different lawful fare arrangement is expressly agreed.
